Mr. Navneet Kapoor holds a B.E. in Electronics from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He is the founder-director of Luminous Electronics Ltd (LEL), established in 1992, which manufactures power products as a pioneer in the field. Following the merger of LEL with Luminous Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd., he headed the manufacturing, supply chain, and R&D operations of the company. Under his leadership, the company set up multiple state-of-the-art manufacturing plants in India, primarily in Himachal Pradesh, and one in China for exports. Many innovative products have been developed and commercialized under his guidance.

He has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, project management, R&D, general management, and strategic business leadership, growing over the years into a strong business leader.
