Late Shri Madan Lal Malhotra was a beacon of kindness, humility, and inspiration. His life’s journey is a testament to his profound commitment to social causes and community welfare. In 2008, he established the SDMC Trust in memory of his wife, Late Smt. Sita Devi Malhotra, marking the beginning of a significant chapter in his life dedicated to serving the needy. His vision led to the formation of a healthcare dispensary in Gagret, Una district, Himachal Pradesh, in 2009, laying the foundation for the Trust’s expansive charitable work.

Before his philanthropic endeavors, Mr. Malhotra served the nation with great dedication as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer. His career in civil service was marked by integrity and commitment to public service. He embarked on a new journey following his retirement, joining the Board of Directors of Luminous Tech and several other companies. This phase of his life underscored his versatility and continued desire to contribute positively to society. His experience in governance and business greatly benefited these organizations and enriched his perspective on addressing social issues.
