Mr. Paresh Pradhan is a business leader with more than three decades of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Strategic Alliances, General Management, and Human Resources Management. He is a founding member of the SAR Group with diversified business interests. By qualification, he holds a degree in Mathematics and a Graduate Engineer in Electronics and Communication.

His journey with the SAR Group began in 1992 at Luminous, where he started as a Sales Engineer and, over the years, progressed to various leadership roles. His last executive assignment was as the Director & CEO of SAR Group’s Cleantech venture, Livgreen Cleantech Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, he held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at SAR Group.

Currently, he serves as a Board Member of SAR Group companies, namely Livguard Energy Technologies, Livpure Pvt. Ltd., Lectrix EV Pvt. Ltd., and Mooving Smart Mobility & Energy Pvt. Ltd. On the Social Development side, he is the Managing Trustee of Sita Devi Malhotra Charitable Trust and Livpure Foundation. Furthermore, he chairs a start-up HR Advisory firm focused on serving Start-ups and SMBs in India.

Given his passion for People Development, he dedicates time to coaching individuals. Mr. Pradhan is a “Certified Success Life Coach” accredited by the Certified Coaches Alliance, BS, Canada, and a “Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.”
